1: How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your preferred outfit, choose the correct size using our Size Guide, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your delivery details, and complete the payment. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is successful.

2: Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address immediately after a successful payment. It contains your order ID, item details, and estimated delivery date. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

3: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

4: Can I place a bulk or gifting order?

Yes, we do accept bulk orders for gifting, events, and festive occasions. Please email us at info@littleloca.com with the quantity, sizes, and your preferred timeline and we will get back to you with availability and pricing.

5: How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and the name of our courier partner. Use this tracking number on the courier's website or app to monitor your delivery in real time.

Sizing & Fit

6: How do I choose the right size for my child?

We recommend referring to our Size Guide available on every product page. Match your child's chest, waist, and height measurements with our size chart before ordering. If your child falls between two sizes, we suggest sizing up to allow room for comfort and growth.

7: What age groups do you cater to?

Little Loca designs are made exclusively for little girls, typically between the ages of 1 and 12 years. Our size range covers various age brackets — please check the size chart on each product page for exact age and measurement guidance.

8: I am unsure about the size. Can you help me choose?

Absolutely! Just send us your child's age, height, chest, and waist measurements on WhatsApp at +91 98313 25590 or email us at info@littleloca.com, and our team will be happy to recommend the right size for you.

9: Do your garments run true to size?

Yes, our garments are designed to be true to size. However, please always refer to the measurements on the size chart rather than relying solely on age labels, as children's proportions can vary. When in doubt, sizing up is always a good idea.

Shipping & Delivery

10: Where do you ship?

We currently ship across all major cities and towns within India — from metros to smaller towns. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand our reach soon.

11: How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

12: Is free shipping available?

Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee applies. The exact shipping amount will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment — no hidden charges.

13: Where do you ship from?

All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal.

14: What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?

Our courier partners typically make up to two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, the package may be held at a nearby facility for a short period. Please ensure your phone number is correct so the delivery agent can reach you. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Returns & Refunds

15: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Little Loca currently operates on a no-return, no-exchange policy. This is to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality for children's clothing. We encourage you to refer to our Size Guide carefully and reach out to us before purchasing if you have any doubts.

16: What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

We sincerely apologise if this happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send clear photographs of the product clearly showing the defect along with your order ID to info@littleloca.com or WhatsApp us at +91 98313 25590. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

17: What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered — wrong size, colour, or design — please contact us within 48 hours with your order ID and a photograph of the item received. We will arrange the correct item or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

18: How long does a refund take?

Once your refund is approved, it is processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. The exact timeline may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

19: Can I cancel my order for a refund?

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Please contact us immediately at info@littleloca.com or +91 98313 25590 with your order ID. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Refunds for approved cancellations are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Payments

20: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay — including Credit Cards, Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Net Banking, EMI on select cards, and digital wallets.

21: Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes, absolutely. All transactions are processed through Razorpay, a trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card and payment details are fully encrypted and are never stored on our servers.

22: My payment failed but the amount was deducted. What do I do?

Please do not worry. In most cases, failed payment deductions are automatically reversed to your account within 5 to 7 business days. If it does not reflect within that time, please contact us at info@littleloca.comwith your transaction ID or screenshot and we will help resolve it immediately.

23: Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid through our secure online payment gateway at checkout.

Product & Care

24: Are your fabrics safe for children?

Child safety is our top priority. All our fabrics are carefully selected to be soft, comfortable, and gentle on sensitive skin. We avoid harsh dyes and ensure that embellishments and embroidery are securely attached so they are safe for active little ones.

25: How should I care for Little Loca garments?

Each garment comes with a care label inside. For embroidered and embellished pieces, we recommend gentle hand washing in cold water or dry cleaning. Avoid wringing, bleaching, or tumble drying. Iron on low heat from the reverse side to protect the embroidery and prints.

26: Are the colours in the photographs accurate?

We make every effort to photograph our products in accurate, true-to-life colours. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen brightness, resolution, and photography lighting. If colour accuracy is particularly important to you, please reach out to us before placing your order.

27: Do your outfits come with accessories like dupattas or hair accessories?

This varies by product. Please check the product description on each listing carefully to see what is included in the set. If you have a specific query about a product, feel free to contact us and we will clarify.
