Shipping Policy

At Little Loca, we believe that getting your little one's outfit should be as joyful as wearing it. We work hard to ensure that every order is packed with care and delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.


Where We Ship

We currently ship across all major cities and towns within India. From bustling metros to smaller towns, we do our best to reach every corner of the country through our trusted courier partners.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our delivery reach in the future and will keep our customers informed of any updates.


Order Processing Time

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins processing it right away. Here is what you can expect:

  • Order Verification: All orders are verified within 24 hours of placement. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
  • Packing & Dispatch: Orders are carefully packed and handed over to our courier partner within 1–2 business days.
  • Business Days: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.


Estimated Delivery Time

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Kolkata, West Bengal. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

West Bengal (other cities) 2–3 business days
Major metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad) 3–4 business days
Rest of India 4–5 business days
Remote or rural areas 5–7 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, festive season surges, or unforeseen circumstances. Little Loca is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.


Shipping Charges

We want to make shopping with us affordable and transparent. Here is our shipping fee structure:

  • Orders below ₹999: A flat shipping fee applies. The exact amount will be shown at checkout before you complete your payment.
  • Orders above ₹999: Enjoy FREE shipping on your entire order — no minimum quantity required.

We periodically run promotions that may offer free shipping on all orders. Keep an eye on our website and social media pages to stay updated.


Payment Methods & Order Confirmation

We accept a wide range of payment options to make your checkout experience smooth and convenient. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit Cards & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and more)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • EMI (select cards)
  • Wallets

Once your payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation message via email and/or SMS with your tracking number and the name of the courier partner. You can use this tracking number to monitor the real-time status of your delivery on the courier partner's website or app.

If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us and we will look into it immediately.


Packaging

We take great pride in how we present our products. Every Little Loca order is packed neatly and securely to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. We use packaging that is durable enough to protect the garments during transit while keeping things as lightweight as possible.

Our packaging is designed to feel special — because every Little Loca outfit deserves a little magic from the moment it arrives at your door.


Undelivered or Returned Shipments

In some cases, orders may be returned to us by the courier partner due to the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
  • Customer unavailable at the delivery address after multiple attempts
  • Delivery refused by the recipient

If your shipment is returned to us, our team will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Please note that re-delivery charges may apply. If you are unable to receive the order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a suitable solution.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

While we take every precaution to pack your orders safely, damage during transit can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Take a clear photograph of the damaged package and the product inside before opening it fully
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at info@littleloca.com or via WhatsApp at +91 98313 25590
  • Share the photographs and your order number with us

We will review your concern and work quickly to resolve it — whether through a replacement or a suitable alternative.

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the matter.


Festive & Peak Season Delays

During festive seasons such as Diwali, Eid, Durga Puja, Christmas, and other major holidays, both order volumes and courier workloads tend to increase significantly. Delivery timelines during these periods may be slightly longer than usual.

We recommend placing your orders well in advance during festive seasons to ensure timely delivery. We will always do our best to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.
