Return & Refund Policy

At Little Loca, every piece we create is made with love and meticulous attention to quality. We want every family to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order so that you are fully informed about our return and refund process.


Our Return Policy — Important Notice

Little Loca currently operates on a no-return, no-exchange policy for all orders. This decision has been made thoughtfully to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality for children's clothing, and to ensure that every customer receives products that are brand new, unworn, and untouched.

We understand that this may seem strict, and we appreciate your understanding. To compensate, we go to great lengths to provide accurate product descriptions, detailed size guides, and high-quality photographs so you can make a well-informed purchase decision every time.


Why We Don't Accept Returns

Children's clothing — especially ethnic wear that comes in contact with sensitive skin — must meet strict hygiene standards. Once a garment leaves our warehouse and reaches a customer's home, we are unable to verify that it has remained unworn and uncontaminated. Accepting returns would compromise the safety and hygiene of products for future customers, which is something we are not willing to do.

We take immense pride in our quality control process. Every item is inspected before it is packed and dispatched. This means that by the time your order reaches you, it has already passed our internal quality check.


When Are Refunds Applicable?

While we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances, we do take full responsibility for errors or defects on our end. Refunds or replacements will be offered in the following situations:

  • Wrong Item Sent: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered (wrong size, wrong colour, wrong design).
  • Damaged Product: If the item arrives with a manufacturing defect, torn fabric, broken embellishments, or any damage that occurred during the production process.
  • Transit Damage: If the product is visibly damaged due to mishandling during shipping, provided you report it within 48 hours of receiving the order with supporting photographs.
  • Missing Items: If an item from your order is missing from the package upon delivery.

In all the above cases, we will work with you to find the best possible resolution — either a full refund, store credit, or a replacement (subject to availability).


How to Report a Defect or Issue

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement based on the conditions mentioned above, please follow these steps:

  1. Do not discard the packaging — keep the original packaging, tags, and the product as received.
  2. Take clear photographs of the product clearly showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item. If the packaging is also damaged, please photograph that too.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

  5. Include your Order ID, a description of the issue, and the photographs in your message.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. We may ask for additional information or photographs to process your request accurately.


Refund Process

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

Please note that refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider and may occasionally take longer. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel an order:

  • Contact us immediately at info@littleloca.com or +91 98313 25590 with your Order ID.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel it.
  • Once the cancellation is confirmed by our team, the refund will be processed within the timelines mentioned above.

Size-Related Concerns

Choosing the right size for a child can be tricky, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you. We strongly recommend referring to our detailed Size Guide available on every product page before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, please reach out to us before purchasing — we are always happy to help you choose the right fit.

Please note that size-related issues are not covered under our refund or replacement policy, as we provide comprehensive size charts to assist with your selection.


Colour Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible on our website. However, due to variations in screen displays, monitor settings, and lighting conditions during photography, the actual colour of the product may vary slightly from what is shown online. Such colour variations do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
